The Scrum Framework training introduces the basics of the Scrum framework and the application of techniques for managing complex programs and projects by producing products that have high value productively and creatively. Scrum Project Management provides a planning method for controlling project scope and ensuring that projects stay on schedule.
This framework does not require that the requirements analysis of the entire system be defined in advance, allowing for continuous product development. Scrum also allows adaptation to changing needs in the midst of development.

- Explore the Scrum Framework: 3 Roles, 5 Events, and 3 Artifacts
Day 2
Simulation
- Product Vision : Create User Stories for Product Backlog
- Sprint Planning: Sizing, Prioritizing, Selecting Sprint Backlog
- Running a Sprint : From Sprint Planning to Sprint Review and Retrospective
