COURSE OVERVIEW

Project Management Certified Associate (PMCA) is a professional training and certification program designed for junior to supervisor-level professionals who want to strengthen their ability to manage projects in a structured, systematic, and practical way. This training focuses on enhancing project management practices for participants with three (3) years or more of working experience, equipping them with a solid understanding of project management concepts, processes, and tools aligned with global best practices from the Project Management Institute (PMI®).

• Apply Predictive and Agile approaches based on project characteristics and organizational needs.

• Identify project stakeholders, requirements, risks, and constraints, and manage them effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

• Utilize fundamental project management tools and techniques, including work breakdown, scheduling, and basic risk mitigation.

• Communicate and coordinate more effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.

• Contribute confidently as a project practitioner at junior to supervisor level within project-driven environments.

• Build a solid foundation for career advancement and further project management certification pathways
